Planning and Instruction
My ideal classroom would be very interactive. I want to get the students talking about real issues around the world. Eventually I hope to gather many items from various cultures that could possibly aid in classroom discussion and instruction. By using the newest gadgets and authentic props, I feel my worldly teachings will become more real.
Classroom Environment
To have an inviting classroom you need to have decorations that give off a positive vibe. I want to have things in the class that are personalized by the students themselves as well as other decor. By using these items I hope to create an atmosphere that enhances focus, social interaction and learning.
My Responsibilities
I would not want think of myself as a mere teacher in my classroom. Preferably, I would like to call myself a guide. While instructing my students on the places of the world I want to create a more global mindset for them. Overall, I want to prepare students to solve problems and explore the real world.
